What Our Fee Excludes:

Cases involving multiple dependents (e.g., several children)

Potential attendance at a Home Office interview

Fast-tracked or premium applications

Disbursements (for e.g. such as the Home Office, courts, experts, interpreters, or parking). Please note If an interpreter is needed, the cost can range from £50.00 to £100.00 per hour, with a typical case requiring two to four hours of work, which could result in a cost of £100.00 to £300.00 plus VAT. For translations, the typical costs are £120.00 plus VAT to £180.00 plus VAT for 1000 words. For example, a marriage certificate would typically cost £48.00 plus VAT. In addition, court applications and appeals will incur a seperate court fee.

VAT charges for immigration services can be complex and depend on the client’s residency and immigration status. We will confirm if VAT (at 20%) is applicable once we have been instructed.
