Disbursements (for e.g. such as the Home Office, courts, experts, interpreters, or parking). Please note If an interpreter is needed, the cost can range from £50.00 to £100.00 per hour, with a typical case requiring two to four hours of work, which could result in a cost of £100.00 to £300.00 plus VAT. For translations, the typical costs are £120.00 plus VAT to £180.00 plus VAT for 1000 words. For example, a marriage certificate would typically cost £48.00 plus VAT. In addition, court applications and appeals will incur a seperate court fee.

A typical no-fault divorce takes around 26 weeks (six months) from the application to the final order. However, if financial or childcare arrangements are involved, these can take longer to resolve separately.
Our typical cost for an uncontested divorce is £500.00 plus VAT(total of £600.00) .The court fee for a divorce application is £593.00 which maybe waived if you are on a low income. Additional legal costs depend on whether you seek legal representation and the complexity of your case.
Divorce doesn’t determine child arrangements, but we can help you agree on custody, visitation, and financial support. If an agreement can’t be reached, the court may decide based on the child's best interests.
